This policy describes how ManyHatsJack handles information when you visit the public website or use the career workspace. The workspace is currently in development, and this policy may be updated as its features change.

Workspace features may also display imported email messages and their tags or application associations.

We may receive technical information needed to operate the site, such as browser and device information, request details, and authentication session data.

We use this information to authenticate users, display the appropriate career profile, provide workspace features, maintain records and associations, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. We do not use the workspace to send replies to imported email messages.

Storage and service providers

The site uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and related technical operations. Those providers process information needed to run the service. Links to external sites, including job listings and original email messages, are governed by those sites’ own privacy practices.

Sessions and security

Authentication uses session information, including cookies or similar browser storage, to keep you signed in. We use access controls intended to limit workspace data to authorized accounts. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your sign-in credentials and sign out on shared devices.
