Using ManyHatsJack
These terms apply to your use of the ManyHatsJack website and career workspace. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide information you are authorized to submit. If you do not agree, please do not use the workspace.
Accounts and access
Keep your account credentials private and use only an account assigned to you. You are responsible for activity under your account. Access to the workspace may be limited, suspended, or ended when necessary to protect the service or its users.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the career information, documents, links, and other material you provide. You permit ManyHatsJack to store, process, and display that material as needed to operate the features you use. Do not submit material that infringes someone else’s rights or contains information you are not permitted to share.
Career information and external links
Career records, job listings, fit assessments, and other workspace information are tools for organizing a job search. They do not guarantee employment, interviews, accuracy of third-party listings, or a particular outcome. Check application details and external destinations before relying on them. Third-party sites have their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
ManyHatsJack is in development. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. We may update these terms by posting a new version with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ManyHatsJack is not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, inaccurate third-party information, or your use of external sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
